The 2019 GMC Sierra is completely redesigned. Following in the footsteps of his brother, the redesigned Chevrolet Silverado, the Sierra presents a new look, a more spacious interior and several new technologies and features related to the utility.
Exterior and Interior
Visually, the 2019 GMC Sierra is exactly what we expected. His body is completely new and differs more from his Chevrolet counterpart. Some parts are similar to the Silverado, such as the vertical front, the bonnet shape, the bed design, the tailgate and the rear bumper, but the front design is completely different. Where the Silverado was the futuristic route, the 2019 GMC Sierra was the most traditional lantern route. The available carbon fiber bed, which weighs 62 pounds less than its steel counterpart, is also exclusive to 2019 GMC Sierra, especially the Denali version.
The interior will also receive a complete redesign in 2019. 2019 GMC Sierra will include the best height and leg in its class, while also having more quality materials than ever before, especially in the Denali. And speaking of legroom, the rear seats of the double cab model will gain 3 inches of extra space in the new generation. Other enhancements include a plus sitting position, authentic open pore woodwork, pebble grain leather trailer re-application, a front screen and display. Safety will be the key to GMC’s success in 2019 as the 2018 GMC Sierra encountered some challenges in IIHS safety testing, particularly in the Small Overlap Test. In 2019, 2019 GMC Sierra loaded with a set of security bits available as blind zone alert, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, a 360 degree camera and a rear view mirror. We have seen that the 2019 GMC Sierra has become one of the few safety selection trucks.
Under the new carved 2019 GMC Sierra hood are the three engines you choose: the same 5.3 liter and 6.2 liter V-8 engines continue, now with on/off and dynamic fuel management, while a new engine powers 3.0 liter line 6 turbodiesel joins the lineup to give 2019 GMC Sierra an efficient torque. (So far, General Motors has not confirmed a six cylinder gasoline engine, either Sierra or Silverado.) Dynamic fuel management is the breakthrough of the 2019 GMC Sierra gasoline engine. In the past, V engines 8 in 2019 GMC Sierra was able to turn off the cylinders to run in four cylinder mode. The new system allows the engine to operate efficiently on a single cylinder, which further increases fuel consumption. Meanwhile, it is likely that the diesel engine is the efficiency of all available engines, although GM has not provided estimates of fuel economy or output numbers for any of the new engines and refined. Both the V-8 6.2 liter engine as 3.0 liter turbodiesel six cylinder in line engine associated with a 10 speed automatic gearbox developed jointly with Ford. It’s exactly the same automatic that performs the functions in the Ford F-150 and Mustang, Chevy Camaro and Cadillac Escalade. To date, GMC has only provided details on 2019 GMC Sierra SLT and Denali cutting lines, including a new AT4 off-road package that can be adapted to these trimmings. The SLT and Denali come with the new GMC MultiPro tailgate. It can be used as a normal hatchback, but also as a high desk for a laptop while being in the field, a step, a two level stop load for more load and a grid groove so you can approach the load deeper into the bed.
